All orders must be placed by 2pm (UK Time) to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the following working day. The Cigara Team will try its best to accommodate and be as flexible as possible, please email us if you have any specific requirements

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.

Conditions – Free Delivery

The free delivery offer covers delivery to Mainland UK addresses only. Addresses which are ineligible include the Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Channel Island, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

This offer is only available if the total purchase price of your basket (excluding offers) is above £20 GBP.

Packaging fees are not included in the total for the purposes of this promotion. Free delivery is offered up to a total weight of up to 20KG. This is inclusive of the weight of the packaging. You cannot use this offer in conjunction with any other offers.


You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon immediate receipt and notify us within 7 working days of delivery by way of email to should the goods be damaged or not comply with your purchase order.

If you fail to do the above within 7 days you will be deemed as accepting the goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned back to us. Goods must be returned by you at your expense and should be sent via recorded delivery and adequately insured during the return journey. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If you fail to return the Goods following cancellation, we shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the you.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the invoice/order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.


Refunds cannot be offered if any of the goods have been used.
