UK & International Delivery Options

We offer a range of tracked UK and international delivery options through Royal Mail and DPD. Delivery prices depend on your order value and selected service.

Free Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery is available when you spend £30 or more.

Delivery times shown are estimates and apply from the point your order is dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary depending on when your order is placed, order processing time, dispatch date, weekends, bank holidays and courier handling.

Dispatch & Warehouse Operating Hours

• Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched the next working day.
• Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
• Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery Information

Royal Mail 48 – Tracked

• Estimated delivery: 3–4 working days from dispatch.
• Tracked service with delivery confirmation.
• Free when you spend £30 or more.

Royal Mail 24 – Tracked & Signed

• Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch.
• Tracked service with delivery confirmation.
• Signature may be required upon delivery.

DPD Next Day Delivery

• Estimated delivery: next working day from dispatch.
• Tracked courier service with delivery updates.
• Signature may be required upon delivery.
• Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and some remote areas may take longer.

DPD Next Day 12pm

• Estimated delivery: next working day by 12pm from dispatch.
• Priority morning courier service.
• Signature may be required upon delivery.

DPD Saturday & Sunday Delivery

• Weekend delivery on the selected service day.
• Tracked courier service with delivery updates.
• Signature may be required upon delivery.
• Weekend delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.

Please note that DPD services are not guaranteed delivery services and are subject to order processing, dispatch timing, courier handling and local delivery conditions.

International Shipping

Royal Mail International Tracked

• Price: £10.99.
• Estimated delivery varies by destination.
• Tracking updates are provided where available through Royal Mail and the destination country’s postal service.
• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions

All international orders are shipped from the UK. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legal to import into their destination country.

• All customs duties, import taxes and handling fees must be paid by the customer prior to final delivery.
• myCigara is not liable for parcels delayed, refused or seized by customs authorities.
• If your parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges or import restrictions, shipping costs will not be refunded and a reshipping fee may apply.
• Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order, especially for restrictions related to vaping products and nicotine content.

Age-Restricted Products

All products sold on myCigara are strictly intended for customers aged 18 and over. Age verification is mandatory for all deliveries.

• DPD and Royal Mail Signed services will not leave parcels in a safe place or with neighbours.
• Delivery drivers may request valid photo ID.
• Orders may be cancelled or delayed if age verification cannot be completed.

Free UK Delivery

• Free Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery is available on qualifying UK orders of £30 or more.
• Free delivery applies to eligible UK addresses only.
• Free delivery is not available for orders over 20kg, including packaging.
• Final delivery options and charges are confirmed at checkout.
