HOW TO IMPLEMENT OUR PRICE-MATCH PROMISE

If, in the unlikely event you DO find a better deal elsewhere, please continue to add your selected items to your basket and enter the relevant information for the check-out process. Forward us the alternative quote showing the like for like comparison immediately (email) and we will compare the two for you and do validation checks.

To qualify for our Price Promise, your alternative quoted products MUST consist of the same product, style, materials, brand new, quality and certification.

There are some conditions that apply:

  • Customer must provide us with link of the advertised piece and it must be for the product, style, materials, brand new, quality and certification.

  • The Price match policy does not include products sold on Ebay, Amazon or any other marketplaces.

  • The advertised product must be in stock and available for same day dispatch.

  • The price match policy only applies to UK based Companies that are VAT registered

  • The price match policy does include postage and packaging costs.

  • The advertised or quoted price must be advertised in a media form for the general public.

  • We cannot price match clearance sale items, Bundles or special promotions.
