Returns Policy Overview
How long have I got to change my mind?
You have 90 days (or until you use the product) to change your mind. This policy only covers unused products (for example, if you buy someone a present and then they decide they want something else.)
If you change your mind about your purchase, please make sure you return it in its original condition with any seals intact. You must notify us within 90 days of your receipt of the order that you wish to return the order. The products must then be returned within a further 14 days. You can return by sending us an email.

Once returned we will refund back to original purchase method. This includes items purchased in and vape deal or clearance sale.
What can’t be returned
The below items are excluded from our goodwill returns policy unless faulty or not as described
- Opened bottles of liquid
- Personalised products
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Methods of Payment and Refund
When returning an item how you paid for your item will determine how your refund is processed.
Credit / Debit Card – Your refund will go back to the same card you purchased on.
PayPal – This will be debited into your PayPal account straight away.
Gift card or Online Credit – This credit will be added back onto your account and will be available to use against your next purchase.
Please allow 3-5 working days for refund to appear on your account.
What if I change my mind after I received item?
No problem. As long as you haven’t used the device, you get in contact with your order details and return the product to us for a refund. Simply contact us!
What if I have a problem with the purchase?
We understand that on a rare occasion this is a possibility and we are here to assist you.
The first thing to do is contact us and if your product is still within warranty, we’ll ask you to return it to us. Usually we can see the problem with in-house expertise, but if we can’t we’ll replace it.
