DPD Next Day Delivery

International Shipping

Royal Mail International Tracked

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days
  • Basic tracking available — updates are provided when the parcel leaves the UK and upon arrival in the destination country
  • Same-day dispatch on orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm, and Saturday before 12:30pm

Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions

All international orders are shipped from the UK. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legal to import into their destination country.

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees must be paid by the customer prior to final delivery
  • myCigara is not liable for parcels delayed, refused, or seized by customs authorities
  • If your parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges or import restrictions, shipping costs will not be refunded and a reshipping fee may apply
  • Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order, especially for restrictions related to vaping products and nicotine content

Age-Restricted Products

All products sold on myCigara are strictly intended for customers aged 18 and over. Age verification is mandatory for all deliveries.

  • DPD and Royal Mail Signed services will not leave parcels in a safe place or with neighbours
  • Delivery drivers may request valid photo ID
  • Orders may be cancelled or delayed if age verification cannot be completed

Dispatch & Warehouse Operating Hours

  • Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday, or before 12:30pm on Saturday, are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched the next working day
  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Free UK Delivery

  • Available for qualifying orders shipping to mainland UK addresses
  • Free delivery is not available for orders over 20kg (including packaging)
