Please also allow extra time for Royal Mail to deliver your package, as you can imagine the demand for their services has increased exponentially and we know the amazing team at Royal Mail is doing everything they can to get your orders to you on-time.

In light of rising concerns surrounding Coronavirus COVID-19, we want to assure you that we are committed to maintaining business operations as usual. Our leadership and management teams are focused on this objective, while also ensuring the safety and well-being of our team members and customers.
Will my Shipping be Affected?
Royal Mail and other courier services are still operating as normal, and have a lot of emergency measures in place to ensure that their services will continue throughout the crisis. There are changes to any signed for delivery - parcels will be placed on your door before they ring the bell and the delivery person will stand back ready for you to answer.
If you are not at home you will be left a card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery. You will no longer be asked to physically sign for the parcel, but you will be asked for your name which the delivery person will enter into the handheld device on your behalf.
Revised Delivery Times according to Royal Mail Guidelines
First Class (1-2 Working Days) is now approx 5-7 Working Days
Tracked 24 (1-2 Working Days) is now approx 5-7 Working Days
Second Class (2-4 Working Days) is now approx 7-10 Working Days
Tracked 48 (2-4 Working Days) is now approx 7-10 Working Days
Special Delivery (1pm Next Working Day) is now 9pm Next Working Day

First Class Recorded (Over £10 Order) 1-2 working days - FREE
Second Class Recorded (Under £10 Order) 2-4 working Days - FREE
Special Next Day - 1 working day - £5.99
Please note that the cut off time for delivery is 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be added onto the following day’s delivery schedule.
First Class Recorded and Special Next Day delivery will require a signature to be received. If there is no one on the property to receive your order, the carrier may ask a neighbor to sign for it instead.
*Mainland UK addresses only. Free delivery cannot be offered to orders over 20kg (including packaging).
Normal Warehouse Operating Hours
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
Any orders that are placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays, will be processed the next working day.
