What is Elf Bar?

Elf Bar (you will also see it written ELFBAR) is a vape brand best known for the Elf Bar 600, the disposable that seemed to be in every corner shop a few years ago. When single-use vapes were banned, the company put the same flavours into a rechargeable pod kit and into bottled e-liquid. So if you used to buy Elf Bars, the range on this page will feel familiar. The main difference is that you keep the battery and only replace the pod.

Elf Bar 600 Prefilled Pod Kit: what replaced the Elf Bar 600

The Elf Bar 600 Prefilled Pod Kit is the closest you will get to the old bar. It is a slim rechargeable Elf Bar battery that takes sealed 2 ml pods. There is nothing to fill and nothing to set up. You click a pod in and inhale, and the draw is tight, much like a cigarette, which is why it suits people who have only just switched. When the pod runs out you replace the pod, not the device.

Elfliq nic salts (10ml)

If you refill your own pods, Elfliq nic salts are the Elf Bar flavours in a 10ml bottle. They are made for low-power pod kits and cost far less per millilitre than prefilled pods.

Elf Bar 600 prefilled pods come two to a pack. Each pod holds 2 ml of nic salt e-liquid and is rated for around 600 puffs, though a heavy vaper will get through one faster. The same pods fit the Elfa Pro pod kit, a pen-style device with a 500mAh battery and a mesh coil, if you would rather have that shape.

Most people come to Elf Bar for the flavours. These are the ones we stock across the pods and the Elfliq bottles:

  • Fruit: Watermelon, Mango, Grape, Blueberry, Apple Peach, Lemon Lime, Blueberry Raspberry, Blueberry Sour Raspberry, Kiwi Passionfruit Guava, Sour Apple, Sour Lemon and Pink Grapefruit.

Elfliq nic salts

Elfliq is Elf Bar's bottled e-liquid. It comes in 10 ml bottles at 10 mg or 20 mg, with a 50/50 VG/PG mix made for low-power refillable pod kits. Refilling from a bottle works out far cheaper per millilitre than buying prefilled pods, so it is worth considering once you know which flavours you like. If you already own an ELFX Pro, we still stock the ELFX Pro mesh replacement pods.

Elf Bar pods and Elfliq bottles use nic salt at 10 mg or 20 mg per millilitre, and 20 mg is the legal maximum in the UK. The strength is shown on each product page. If you smoked a lot, 20 mg is the usual place to start.

A 2 ml Elf Bar 600 pod is rated for around 600 puffs. That figure comes from machine testing, so treat it as a guide. Long, frequent puffs will empty a pod sooner.

Nobody can give you an exact number, because your body takes in nicotine differently from vapour than from smoke. What we can tell you is that a 2 ml pod at 20 mg/ml contains 40 mg of nicotine in total.

You can recharge the device. You cannot refill the prefilled pods, which are sealed, so you replace them when the flavour drops off. If you want to refill, use Elfliq in a refillable pod kit.

Elfliq is Elf Bar’s own e-liquid, sold in 10 ml bottles. It comes in the same flavours as the pods, at 10 mg or 20 mg nic salt with a 50/50 VG/PG mix, and it is meant for refillable pod kits.

It works best in low-power pod kits and mouth-to-lung tanks. It is too thin and too strong for high-wattage sub-ohm tanks, where it is likely to leak and feel harsh.
