When does the Black Friday sale start and end?
Our Black Friday & Early Bird offers launch as soon as the campaign goes live. Some deals are limited-time or limited-stock, so we always suggest shopping early.
Are Early Bird deals the same as Black Friday deals?
Early Bird deals are exclusive pre-launch offers. Black Friday deals are the main event and may include additional or different discounts.
Will items go out of stock during Black Friday?
Yes, many high-demand products can sell out quickly. Once an item is gone, it may not return during the sale.
Will you be restocking during Black Friday week?
We restock selected bestsellers where possible, but restocks are not guaranteed due to high demand.

How long will delivery take during Black Friday?
High order volumes may cause slight delays. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. Choose an upgraded delivery option if you need it urgently.
Can I reserve items or save my cart during the sale?
No, adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Stock is only secured once you’ve completed checkout.
Can I return or exchange Black Friday items?
Yes. Our standard returns policy applies during Black Friday as long as items are unopened and in original condition. Faulty products remain fully covered.
What is your returns policy?
You can view our full returns policy here. You have 14 days to change your mind. Unwanted products must be returned in their original condition with packaging intact. Once you have registered your return, it must be sent back to us within 14 days.

Most sale prices are already maximised, so discount codes usually cannot be applied unless stated on the product page.
Do you offer price protection if the price drops later?
No. Sale prices can change throughout the event and we don’t offer refunds for price differences after purchase.
Are gift bundles included in the Black Friday sale?
Some bundles and kits are included. If discounted, you’ll see the reduced price listed on the product page.
