Is Ploom a vape?
No, although Ploom manufactures electronic smoking cessation aids, these differ from vaping products. Vapes deliver nicotine in the form of eliquid, which is then evaporated within the device to create vapour. How long does a Ploom stick last?
The Ploom X device is designed to be paired with their signature tobacco sticks known as Evo sticks. Evo sticks are compact sticks of tobacco, which are slightly smaller than regular cigarettes, and when inserted into your Ploom device they will slowly heat up to release a nicotine-rich but discreet vapour.

How does the Ploom X work?
As we mentioned above, the Ploom X is the latest heat not burn device from this brand and it’s designed to be used in tandem with their Evo tobacco sticks. The device itself is compact and handheld, making it ideal for users on the go. To get started, simply insert your Evo stick into the device with the filter facing outwards. You can fire up the heating process at just the click of a button, a short vibration will let you know when it’s ready to be used.
When the heating cycle has ended, you’ll be notified by another, longer vibration letting you know that it’s time to dispose of your Evo stick.
